Description
RTP is a federally-funded matching assistance program for building or improving trails across South Carolina. This is a reimbursable grant program that requires a 20% match. RTP funds are available to state, federal and local government agencies, as well as qualified private organizations.
For on-the-ground trail projects, $10,000 is the minimum amount of RTP funding that can be requested. For Motorized trail projects, the maximum is determined by the available funds for Motorized trail projects. Contact Barbara Houser for specific details.
This is the funding opportunity for Motorized trail projects. Applications submitted to this funding opportunity must contain new construction or maintenance or rehabilitation of a Motorized trail or trail amenities that support a Motorized trail. If your project is a Non-motorized trail or trail amenity that only supports a Non-motorized trail, please apply for a Non-motorized RTP funding opportunity.
